In this vampire origin thriller, young Jacob is accidentally sired after falling in love with Marek, a mysterious vampire on-the-run. When Marek is killed by vigilante vampire hunters, Jacob sets out to avenge his death. He quickly discovers an underground world intent on exploiting vampires that he must survive to protect the people he loves the most.
